Complimentary street parking as well as access to drive by and drop equipment right at the doorstep through private entrance.

Sana Cafe is conveniently located at the entrance of the building. The cafe serves food and drinks until 2.30pm, Monday to Sunday. Fabrica is a larger cafe located a 4 minute walk away and is open until 4pm.

We have state of the art overhead studio lighting installed. Easily switched on via a light board.

We have strategically placed many power outlets throughout the studio for your convenience. Extension cords will also be available if required.

Perfect to prep lunch for your team. Including a large fridge, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and cooking/ serving utensils. Stocked with complimentary coffee, tea and milk.
